Lake Country Estates Roadway & Drainage Improvements

Provided pavement management and civil engineering services to The Lake Country Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) in Incline Village, Nevada. Work included an evaluation of project history regarding the degraded roadway and geotechnical investigation. The project involved designing and permitting repairs and addressing existing drain system failures. The scope of services included a topographic design survey, preparing schematic design drawings, assisting with bidding, processing agency permits, preparing construction drawings, and providing construction assistance.
