About the project
Lefrancois Engineering is supporting the City of South Lake Tahoe through an on-call contract providing City Engineer and Traffic Engineer services. Our team provides professional oversight of municipal infrastructure projects, including roadway reconstruction, storm drain upgrades, utility relocations, and traffic studies. Services include plan and specification review, regulatory compliance, feasibility studies, CEQA documentation, and stamped engineering deliverables. In partnership with LSC, we provided on-call traffic analyses of city streets and intersections, deliver reports and recommendations to Public Works and City Council, and provide emergency consultation as needed. This role ensures continuity in city engineering functions while advancing the City’s $120M+ capital improvement program
