Gateway Roundabout

Lefrancois Engineering and the Incline Village Crystal Bay Community & Business Association (IVCBA) are working together on the Gateway Roundabout project located at State Route 28 and State Route 431 in Incline Village, Nevada. Our role includes providing civil engineering expertise, regulatory coordination, and constructability review to support the community’s vision for this highly visible entry point. The project aims to enhance, while also serving as a welcoming landmark for residents and visitors. By collaborating closely with local agencies, NDOT, and community stakeholders, we are helping ensure that the roundabout design balances functionality, aesthetics, and long-term maintenance considerations.
