About the project
Lefrancois Engineering was consulted to provide constructability review and contextual evaluations for a 17,000 LF pipeline project within the state highway. The project had a 20-year history with intermittent starts and stops. Our role was to navigate complexities, mitigate risks, control costs, clarify lessons learned, and optimize project delivery strategies. Michael brought past project experience and assisted with constructability review and project planning.
